Each individual may hold only one active 8g8g account. Duplicate accounts may be permanently closed and any associated balances forfeited.

2.1 To register and maintain an active account on 8g8g, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multi-accounts is strictly prohibited.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify 8g8g immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 8g8g reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
4.1 8g8g operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit identity documents before processing withdrawals and may be asked to verify your account at any time during your use of the Platform.

4.4 Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may have that request delayed or declined until verification is satisfactorily completed.
5.1 All deposits to 8g8g must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) using an approved payment method. Supported methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

6.1 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. 8g8g reserves the right to require matching payment method withdrawal as an anti-money-laundering measure.

6.3 Withdrawal processing times are typically 15 minutes to 3 hours for bank transfers (during WIB banking hours) and near-instant for e-wallets, subject to KYC completion and fraud screening.
6.4 8g8g reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of a disputed transaction, or suspected breach of these Terms.
6.5 Any bonus-derived winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the withdrawal-eligible balance.
7.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by 8g8g are subject to individual bonus-specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the bonus-specific terms prevail.
7.2 Welcome Bonus: A 100% match bonus of up to Rp 20.000.000 is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit of at least Rp 50.000. A wagering requirement of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount applies. The bonus and any associated winnings must be wagered within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
7.3 Weekly Cashback: Eligible players receive 5% cashback on net weekly losses, subject to a 1x rollover before withdrawal. Cashback is credited within 24 hours of the week ending (Monday 00:00 WIB).
7.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Only one active bonus may be held per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7.5 8g8g reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect a bonus already in progress under the terms that were active when it was accepted.
7.6 Abuse of bonus offers — including, but not limited to, coordinated bonus hunting, use of multiple accounts, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
8.1 All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. 8g8g reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (manifest error).
8.2 Football markets including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League are governed by standard international sportsbook rules. Mix parlay (multi-selection accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct to return a win; if any selection is voided, the bet reverts to a same-bet excluding the voided selection.
8.3 Voor bola (Asian Handicap) markets operate under standard Asian Handicap rules. In the event of a match abandonment after kick-off, bets on incomplete matches are voided unless the result is already determined.
8.4 Togel (lottery numbers) results are determined by officially announced draw outcomes. Any technical error in the display of results will be corrected and the correct result applied. 8g8g's decision on final result application is final.
8.5 Live (in-play) bets accepted after the relevant event outcome has already been determined will be voided. 8g8g employs automated systems to prevent such bets; however, if an in-play bet is accepted in error, 8g8g reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8g8g and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
10.1 8g8g reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, failure to complete KYC, inactivity exceeding 12 months, or any other reason at 8g8g's sole and reasonable discretion.
10.2 In the event of account closure for breach, any bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the registered payment method within 14 business days, subject to anti-money-laundering review.
10.3 Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure may also be triggered through our self-exclusion tool described in Clause 13.
All content on the 8g8g Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, game assets, text, and user-interface designs — is the proprietary property of 8g8g or its licensed partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). 14.4 8g8g is not liable for any losses incurred due to network failures, Internet connectivity issues, power outages, or any force majeure event beyond its reasonable control.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 8g8g and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
16.1 8g8g reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file and by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the change taking effect.
16.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

17.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and e-commerce law. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gaming regulation varies by jurisdiction and that you are responsible for ensuring your use of 8g8g complies with laws applicable to you.
17.2 In the event of a dispute between you and 8g8g, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting [email protected]. 8g8g will acknowledge your dispute within 5 business days (WIB) and endeavor to reach a resolution within 28 days.
17.3 If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
17.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
